Zulu 2007 Lundi Gras Festival Events

See the Launch of King Zulu from Kenner as the second Line Band plays. King Argus hosts the Rivertown Launch of the Royal Monarch to Meet Rex in New Orleans.

King Zulu will arrive at New Orleans in Woldenberg Park at the foot of Canal Street, via the U.S.C.G. Cutter, "Invincible". Come join us along the bank of the Mississippi as we welcome the King from Zululand.

The Greatest Free Show on Earth - The 2004 Zulu Lundi Gras Festival in New Orleans will uphold it's name and reputation for the Twelfth consecutive year, along the banks of the Mississippi River. The eleventh Annual Zulu Lundi Gras Festival will take place on Monday, February 24th, 2004 in Woldenberg Park at the foot of Canal Street, along the Mississippi River in the French Quarter from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In Kenner, Louisiana, you can catch just as much fun and celebration as the 7th season of Rivertown celebration kicks off. Sponsored by the Treasure Chest Casino in Kenner, Zulu and Argus, Jefferson parishes largest and brightest Krewe. The sponsors kick off the festival together, culminating in the launching of King Zulu, on his way to New Orleans, from the Rivertown boat Launch. On the U.S.C.G. Cutter Invincible, King Zulu and his entourage and guest will glide up the Mississippi River to New Orleans to Meet Rex.
