2010!What a Mardi Gras, this was!

Willie & Marian Clark        Web Site Editors

March 6, 2010, Hammond, Louisiana…  The 2010 Carnival season was a real surprize and one of total joy for the city of New Orleans and the entire Gulf Coast!

I want to add our congratulations to the thousands of Who dat fans to the Champs the Saints.  After weeks of traveling all over the U.S. Gulf Coast to gather the news and record the history and times of Carnival 2010, Marian and I are looking forward to resting but we really love what we are seeing across the Gulf!

Along the way we have amassed more detailed information about the societies,  krewes and other organizations that make up this huge industry. People have absolutely no clue as to how big this celebration we call Carnival season truly is.

Taking it on the road per se' has allowed us to develop more relationships, take the industry's pulse and bring more information to you than ever before, all the while enjoying the gulf's festivities and hospitality.

There is a lot to be done for this industry and we hope we will have or have time to develop the resources necessary to handle and co-ordinate this job for the benefit of everyone.

Our dream is to be able to come to the aid of any organization by bringing the needed resources to that club, krewe, or group. Maybe then we will not lose the good ones, the old ones, the ones who hit a rough patch, and of course the young ones who just need to be shown the way!

Just to recap, we finally got the magazines off the ground and off to those who subscribed! Currently this is the only way to receive the magazine! This is on purpose because we want all the krewes to take advantage of the revenue-sharing plan we have in place in order to give back to the industry. We are allowing the krewes and clubs to share in the revenue by distributing the magazines to their membership themselves instead of letting outsiders do it! Call us and we'll send you a kit to learn more and get started.

We will move to the next phrase, in April and let Walgreen and CVS Pharmacy do their part and get the mags out there! Getting the magazine out to the masses across the gulf coast and selling them is how we finally will be able to pay our bills! So please let us know something soon and purchase a magazine.

With that said, we need advertisers in order to get the magazine across the entire gulf coast! We plan to visit many of you across the greater gulf coast so don't be surprised when we show up at your shops! Our prices are more than reasonable and we reach from TX to Florida, that much reach is sure to bring you some extra business. During this economic downturn we could all use some extra business I'm sure.

We are looking for sales people so if you can sale advertising  you may want to add your name to the list!

Remember, send us your new products the name of the new groups and clubs out there and we'll publicize it for you. Our mission is to aid the clubs, groups and others by giving them the information to succeed!

Well until next month  Happy New Year & Season of Mardi Gras 2010!
