Big Chief  " Romeo Bougere "

"I started masking at the age of four and, I was the Lil Chief of Ninth Ward Hunters in 1989.  I continued my journey as a Lil Chief until 1998, I then became a Spy Boy until 2001.  At that time I was promoted to Gang Flag of Ninth Ward Hunters until 2003. The gang was passed down to me, and I became the Big Chief of Ninth Ward Hunters.  At that time the original gang members left to form their own tribes, which forced me to recruit new members for Ninth Ward Hunters.  It was a hard and long process to fill each position, but I succeeded.  I now have a full gang. Going through the recruiting process has showed me a lot about people, and I gained alot of confidence and respect.  I now feel that I have the respect of being Big Chief Romeo and not Lil Rudy"
