The Introduction of the Knights of Jason

Once a powerhouse in their own right they ruled Jefferson Parish with Zeus. With the membership dying off and the admittance so exclusive, they couldn't replace them fast enough, and retired from the field vowing to return someday! Over fifty years later that person has come to fulfill her destiny, as she brings the mighty knights of Jason back from Oblivion, with a special Flair all her own.

Here's another krewe that we covered that we need to take a closer look at. This Ball only krewe concentrates on Balls , and as a consequence of that is, one of the best balls organizations in the entire metro city. We take a look at what it is, the Armeinius Ball and it's Royalty, do so well! Including a review of the 2003 performance.

Rolling Outhouses

 New Orleans Floats are unique in varied ways and also Float design has improved in a variety of ways. Those ways are mainly to see to the safety of the riders. But other areas haven't kept up with the times and for sure some builders would rather make the money than to do the right thing.

However there are builders that have done the right thing and have for 6 years now, begun to use Porta-Johns.  Other builders for some Krewes still have "outhouses" for waste disposal and that 5 gallon bucket. It's a dirty business, but somebody got to cover it. We examine the issue of  float sanitation, in "Rolling Outhouses."  [ Coming  Soon ]
