Neptune's Daughters

This society of the sovereign of the seven seas offspring was introduced to Mobile in 1995. The Krewe has barely paraded seven years but has managed already to become a 13 float treat as mobile's answer to New Orleans Krewe of Neptune.

The monarch King Neptune is positioned on the float on the rear to oversee his daughters, capering mermaids who intersperse the blue and green waters of the sea. A glittering seas shell displays his favorite daughter, the president of the society.

Neptune's Daughters is one of Mobile's latest wave of Carnival clubs  started as a parading Society. During the last few years most of the krewes, were started in support of the Joe Cain procession, and slowly struck out on their own. Clubs such as this one were started to parade.   By 1979, Mobile had began to experience one of the most anticipated  parades. The society rolls on the "A" route of the Mobile parade system.

As Always we will work to bring you more information of these groups as we learn more about them.  When we get the news on the group we'll publish it and we will update this page.
