Pensacola's Krewe of Warriors 2009 King & Queen
The Krewe has a very unique style for the U.S. They pattern themselves in the Venetian themes, which require more makeup and masking than conventional krewes. This style takes total dedication to the celebration in a way few clubs are prepared to embrace. Their pride is on display each and every time they parade in the streets of Pensacola. Mardi Gras Digest has been invited, so we hope to have a reporter there.
On our fact finding visit about the krewe we
discovered a type of personal dedication that too few clubs bring to the
industry, specifically on the part of the current captain and board
members as they plan for the upcoming ball and the new King and Queen for
2010! [ Pictured Left: King & Queen of the Krewe of Warriors in Pensacola, Florida pose for one of the Krewe Photos. |
