Lafayette Metro Parades

  The 2006 season was be the most interesting in years. With the calendar facing reductions to six days, the only interesting thing is who will or will not parade this season.  

Submit your city's Mardi Gras Parade

Please help us take notice of your city's efforts to hosts a parade in your city. Submit to us your city's parade, so we can list it here and increase the attention that you'll get. Who gets Listed as a Krewe!

 

The following perquisites are NOW mandatory before any organization can be listed in the Official Digest roster.

1. The organization must be certified as a 501( c3) non-profit with an issued Federal tax I.D. number and a certificate from the secretary of the state in which it resides.

2. The organization must exist as an independent club, with it's assets separate and apart of any other organization's parade or activities.

3. The organization must meet the definition of Krewe as defined by the meaning set down by the Comus Organization of New Orleans, circa 1857.
