In Krewe Business

The Indian nation and the second line culture are learning what the Krewes have known for the last 150 years. They are starting to incorporate their respective clubs at an accelerated rate. Leveling the playing field more as they too discover the ways the y can explore the non-profit tax status and the relief it brings to the treasury of the small companies, they now own.

Next Season Costumes look to Inspire Hope !

New Orleans / Mobile .....  According to sources, next year's costumes are shaping up to be seen as themes to inspire hope and the common good!

Most of the seamstresses in Mobile, Shreveport, and Texas are getting in themes that allow the festival to pick up the level of energy and enable the fans and the riders, the leisure of awe inspiring floats that splash color and glimmer in more glitter than usual.

It should be a great 2010 season! Meanwhile the Mainlines are about to go into their hot weather break for the season with just three more second lines before the break.

Fashions with the clubs this season have been noticeably color muted as less and less loud colors hit the streets this year!
