1. Read the guidelines for use of our link logos; and
2. Download the link logo(s) onto your web site by right clicking on the image of your choice and selecting "Copy" or "Save image as" to save the image to your hard drive or other selected location.
3. When you have Included logo in web site / page and uploaded it to your server. Email us and we will return the link to you, our very next site update.

Display Guidelines

We respectfully ask that you please follow these Guidelines for Displaying the Mardi Gras Digest .Com ®             ( Digest ) Logos on your  Web Site

1. Except as Digest may authorize elsewhere, Web sites may display only the logos shown on the approved logos page. By displaying the Logos, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines.
2. You may only display the Logos on your Web site(s), and other publications. But only in the manner set out in these guidelines. The Logos must always be active link to the our Website, as applicable and provided by Digest.
3. By displaying the Approved logos of MARDI GRAS DIGEST .com", they are not an endorsement by your site. You may remove them, but you may not alter them, or any other element of the Logos.
4. You may only display the Logos on a web page that makes accurate references to Digest or its services. The Logos must be displayed adjacent to those references or at the bottom of the same page. Your Web page title and other trademarks and logos must appear at least as prominent as the Logos. You may not display the Logos in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship, endorsement, or license by Digest, except where special permission has been given.
5. Each Logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing of at least 15 pixels (the height of the Logo) around the Logo to separate it from other graphic or textual elements on your page. The Logos may not be used as feature or design elements of any other logo.
6. You may not alter the Logos in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animate, morph or otherwise distort their perspective or two-dimensional appearance.
7. You may not display the Logos on any site that disparages Digest or its products or services, infringes any of Digest's intellectual property or other rights, or violates any law of any jurisdiction.
8. These Guidelines do not grant a license or any other right in MardiGrasDigest.Com logos or trademarks. Digest reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the Logos at any time. Digest reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Guidelines, infringes any Digest intellectual property or other rights, or violates other applicable law.
9. For our system to verify the reciprocal link: The following must be adhered to

   a) The link must be located on one of the pages directly on your site - not on a third-party site (i.e.: free sites or one which you have no control)

   b) We, of course, prefer the link be on the main page, but it must be accessible from the main
   page of your site.

   c) Your link page must be static and not dynamically generated (no '?' in the url).

   d) The link page must be accessible via a hyperlink (not through a form).

   e) The link page cannot be in a framed page.
   
   The reason for these rules is to ensure that search engine crawlers can find
   your link page and can find links to other websites. Search engines do not
   traverse dynamic links (those with '?', in the Url, or XML) and cannot make a form selection.

    

10. Digest DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. Digest retains any and all rights over it's logo and trademarks and reserves the right to ask the webmaster and/or owner of the site to remove links that do not conform to our guidelines. Owners that do not comply with such requests are notified that legal action may be used for the logo's removal and any damages, fees, and compensation for the time spent in such requests will be sought.
